Faena District Tulum - Collaboratory

Faena District Tulum, developed by Faena, a global leader in luxury lifestyle, is a sanctuary where residences blend with vibrant flora and fauna, harmonizing with ancient Maya rituals. The masterplan aims to create an integrated community linked to nature, providing activities for interaction, self-expression, and growth. Architect Brandon Haw designed 147 contemporary homes inspired by ancient Maya construction, featuring warm wood accents, chukum interiors, and panoramic roof gardens with infinity-edge pools.
