For more than 15 years Ryan has worked exclusively in the field of Health and Wellness. He has been a member of our Amansala team for many years and is an absolute favorite of our guests, many of whom return year after year to looking forward to his fun, face paced high energy classes. Starting his career as a Personal Trainer in Australia he sought to expand his knowledge and grow within the industry naturally gravitating toward more holistic approaches to wellness through Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation and Cold Exposure Therapy. From that foundation over the last 15 years he has refined his philosophy of Total Health & Wellness. “I believe in strengthening and training not only the Body, but the Mind and Spirit as well.”
