I've been trying to eliminate English from my vocabulary while I'm in Puerto Rico, and I'm curious about the word for 'hill' in Santurce. I know it's a bit random, but I'd love to know what locals call a hill, especially in this neighborhood.
I've been noticing LUMA cutting down trees near power lines in Santurce, and it seems excessive. They're cutting down trees that are well-kept and won't reach the lines, and leaving a mess behind. I'm worried about the impact on the environment and the aesthetics of the area. Can anyone tell me if this is part of a larger project or if it's just a case of lazy maintenance?
