I'm trying to reduce my Tigo Hogar bill, has anyone had success with calling the customer service number and asking for a loyalty discount?

I never had success with this process, it seems like the group discounts were removed and you have to schedule a call 15 days to a month in advance, but when I finally got a call, my new router was already set up. Plus, the discount wasn't even as good as what Más Móvil was offering.

Just call and ask about reducing your monthly bill, and they'll give you options.

Call Más Móvil and ask them what they can offer you that's similar to your current Tigo plan but cheaper. Then, call Tigo's customer service and tell them Más Móvil is offering you a better deal, and ask them to match it. That's how I was able to reduce my WiFi and cable bill from 44 to 36.
