I'm looking at the voting sticker and I think it's really ugly. I'm curious about who decides what it looks like and how often it's changed?

The early voting stickers for Halloween and the Marathon were a fun touch. While not the most exciting design, they still brought a smile to people's faces. In comparison, previous designs were indeed more engaging. The 2022 Halloween sticker, featuring a trick-or-treating pigeon, was particularly well-received.
