My husband recently relocated to Puerto Vallarta for work and his new migraine medicine isn't working as effectively as his last. He's in pretty bad shape now and I'm looking for a way to get him some medication without him present.

Fermig is the over-the-counter version of Immitrex. You can find it at almost any pharmacy in Puerto Vallarta. It comes in 50 or 100mg tablets.

I lost my prescription for zolmatriptan a couple of years ago and was able to pick up some Zomig at Farmacia Guadalajara. It was quite pricey, so I only bought two pills. I then grabbed some generic zolmatriptan at a similar pharmacy, which worked great. No prescription was needed at either pharmacy. Make sure to show the pharmacist the correct spelling, as they might try to give you something else that sounds similar.
