PATIPILATES- THE PILATES ROOM is a private boutique Pilates studio, for
comprehensive - contempory Pilates based on modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles adapting exercises to suit the needs of every body. We specialize in One-to-One sessions expanding from original classical Pilates repertoire evolving and integrating the best practices for each individual. Classes are taught by a NCPT certified Pilates teacher incorporating a variety of Pilates equipment and mat exercises to create innovative, full-body workouts that promote overall health and well-being for every level. Further, we offer somatic movement, rehabilitation and postural therapy.
The studio is climatized (a/c) and offers free and safe parking for our clients
