What's the deal with Foundever in Panama City?

I'm applying for a job at Foundever through Konzerta, and I'm looking for some insider info. I have experience in the insurance industry and a C1 level of English, but I'm nervous about the call center aspect. Can anyone who works or has worked at Foundever tell me what the project is like and what I can expect from the interview?

I've worked at several call centers, including Foundever, and don't worry, they'll train you and you won't need experience. The first calls are stressful, but it gets easier after a few weeks. You'll probably be dealing with customer inquiries or account information.

If it's an insurance project, it's probably with State Farm or Intuit. I used to work in Velera, and the training was good, but the coaches can be inconsistent. Practice your communication skills, and you'll be fine.

You don't need to know anything about the project beforehand. They'll train you from scratch. What's important is being empathetic and able to handle customer issues. Watch some videos on being empathetic in a call center, and you'll be good to go.
