I was walking with my kids in Little Italy and noticed a camera on the corner of Everett and Pie-IX. It's on the same pole as the traffic lights and I'm wondering if it's one of those flock type cameras from Genetec that the SPVM uses.

No, that's just a plain old camera for traffic surveillance, there are hundreds in Montreal

Flock doesn't only use their own cameras, they also gather information from speed cameras and other sources

The camera is labelled as a Bosch and it's an ALPR, but I don't think it's connected to Skynet like the Flock ones are

It's just a normal traffic camera that provides a live view of the intersection. Before, the city had a website that displayed a static image of the traffic every 5 minutes, but the site is no longer available.
