I'm planning on moving out of Silver Lake in December and need a new neighborhood with a safe, walkable, and cute vibe. I work in Burbank, so something close to the freeway would be great.

You might consider neighborhoods like Little Armenia or Koreatown. They have a great selection of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, and are close to Griffith Park and the 101 freeway, making it easy to commute to Burbank.

The NoHo arts district is a great option to consider. It's right by Burbank, walkable, and is currently being revitalized with new businesses and developments.
