I've been trying to find a water feature in downtown Houston that I think existed around 2010-2015, but I'm not sure if I'm just imagining things.

In downtown Houston, there's a water feature that might match your memory. I've visited it after a show and found it pleasant. Unfortunately, it's not as popular as it used to be. The devastating storm that hit the city in 2017 severely impacted it. I'm not sure if it's still operational.

I walk past a water feature in downtown Houston every day. It's a shame to see how it's been affected by the storm. The area is now littered with dirt and debris.
