Hi. My wife and I are interested in a possible home exchange for approximately 1 or 2 months. We live in Viera Florida, near Melbourne, 1 hr from Orlando. 55+ gated community called Grand Isle. Website available. 2/2 private house with office, very clean and well cared for. 2014 Ford F150 available with insurance and Drivers License. 15 minutes from great beaches. Smart TV's, A/C, internet, cable, community pool, jacuzzi, courts. Golf course 15 min away (Viera East). Time of exchange is open, but lean more to Feb-Apr. HOA has some requirements for occupancy.
