Embody Studios is a transformative movement space in San Juan, Puerto Rico, dedicated to empowering women through sensual movement. We offer 8-week S Factor® programs that blend dance, pole fitness, stretching, and meditation in a supportive, mirror-free environment. Our classes are designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and embrace their authentic expression.
