Where can I find a map of fiber coverage

Where can I find a map of fiber coverage in Montreal?

I'm looking for a new neighborhood and one of my criteria is having a very high-speed fiber internet connection (> 1G). However, apart from writing random addresses on Bell or Videotron's website, I don't see how I can find areas with actual fiber.

You can find houses for sale on Centris or Duproprio that are connected to Bell services.

Just to clarify, it's pointless to check on Videotron's website, only Bell has actual fiber optic (and Ebox which belongs to Bell). You should search on the website by address and sometimes it changes from one side of the street to the other...

In my region, it's Sogetel that passed the fiber and they had exclusivity for 5 years, fiber to the home (at my modem)

Videotron also has real FTTH

False, I have Videotron with actual fiber

There's a government of Quebec map. It doesn't give you the exact info, but if it's written 'served by Bell' it means it's cable in fiber

Telus have installed fiber in several areas in Laval in the last month, just for your info

It's complicated because it's really specific to each address. One house may have it and the one next door in a different service area may not have it. Your method of searching by address is probably the best
