Why can't I find a bartending job in Wynwood, Miami?

I've been looking for a bartending job in Wynwood, Miami, and it's been really hard. I've applied to over 150 places, but no one has even reached back out to interview. I have over 6 years of experience working as a bartender in multiple large metropolitan cities, and I've never seen it this bad.
