Halifax Shambhala Centre

The Halifax Shambhala Centre offers public meditation and various educational, artistic, cultural, family, and community activities. Everyone is welcome in their community, which is located in Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq People.

The centre provides opportunities for people of all traditions to discover their inherent wisdom and goodness. They celebrate the fundamental worthiness and goodness of humanity and the natural world.
