Taco Social Run: A Family-Friendly Event in Cancún’s Avenida Yaxchilán

Over 400 runners participated in the Taco Social Run, an event aimed at boosting local commerce and fostering family-friendly activities in Cancún’s Avenida Yaxchilán. The race, organized by the Benito Juárez Municipality and Distrito Cancún, started at 18:10, and 11 taquerías along the route welcomed participants with their offerings. Additionally, over 40 artisans joined in, adding to the community spirit.

The event included regional Mexican music, mechanical bulls, and a cultural stage, all designed to entertain families. This family-friendly event will continue on Sunday, October 11, from 18:00 to 21:00, with the Fiesta del Taco, which features local restaurants and businesses.
