What's worth buying in Bali?

We're heading to Bali next month for the first time. Mainly looking to relax and enjoy a few Bintangs. We've been watching videos on what cheap stuff you can buy over there. Not interested in knock off clothing or handbags, but definitely going to get some prescription glasses and sunglasses. What other things are cheap enough they become worth buying while we are there?

One product I found useful was over-the-counter tretinoin, which was affordable at around $2 USD per tube and didn't require a prescription, making it a worthwhile stop at an apothecary.

You can find prescription medications, such as amoxicillin and Bactoderm cream, at pharmacies in Bali.
