Aliza Pilates & Dance Studio

Aliza Pilates & Dance Studio is the first Pilates Studio in Latin America and the ONLY one in Panama certified under The Pilates Studio Teacher Training Program of NYC. Our Founder is the only Level IV Pilates Instructor in Panama, and our Studio is the only Certified Teacher Training Center of the country. We have the most complete Pilates Studio in the region. We also are equipped with 5 dance classrooms where we offer Creative Movement, Ballet, Modern, Tap and Hip Hop classes for girls aged 2-18.
