My brother is working in Siem Reap and his employer hasn't paid him for almost a year now. Every month there's no salary given to him. We've tried talking to the employer, but no avail. He's still working and asked for an advance pay for the month, but the employer won't give it.

I'm from the Philippines, and I'm considering moving to Cambodia for a while to stay with my mom, who works there. I already have a remote job, so I'm not really looking for employment.
