How's the traffic in Obarrio? Is it worth buying an apartment there?

I'm considering buying an apartment in Obarrio, but I'm worried about the traffic during rush hour. I've heard it's pretty bad, but I'd like to know if anyone has experience living there. The building is close to the Sortis.

I live near the Sortis, and to get in and out of Obarrio during rush hour, you have to walk. It's chaos getting out of there until you hit Calle 50 or Vía España.

It's the peak traffic time during rush hour, but at least you have a metro station nearby.

The city center is well-connected to public transportation, making it unlikely to rely on a car.

The beauty of living there is that you don't have to use a car.

Most people making recommendations here live in Chorrera, so don't take their advice. It's simple: where do you work? If it's in the banking area, Av Balboa, or you work remotely, it's an excellent area. There's everything within walking distance. If you work in Costa del Este, San Francisco, or another zone, it's a bad idea. Look for something closer. Do you have kids? A partner? Where do they go to school and where do they work? You need to consider all that.
