It is our lifetime mission to keep sharing the transformative tools and teachings of yoga and mindfulness, inside of the safe containers we create for others to just be themselves.
We believe that Yoga, along with Mindfulness practices is unique aid that can assist us while facing daily challenges and can be successfully used to balance our well-being.
With the experience in teaching Yoga and wellness for over 20 years, we are leading annual retreats and workshops internationally, and teach locally in Bali, Croatia, and Costa Rica.
