Al Chile

Al Chile Restaurant and Bar offers a simple but authentic Mexican inspired menu in our open air rancho just a short walk from Playa Guiones. Who needs walls when you’re in such a beautiful place? All of our recipes are handmade from scratch every day, including the tortillas. We use fresh seasonal ingredients from around Costa Rica, some from our local organic farm. Great food, drinks and games make Al Chile an ideal place to chill out and have fun with fellow travelers and Nosara locals while enjoying an ice-cold beer or margarita. We're proud to be part of MarViva's #chaoplásticodesechable campaign, which confirms that we don't use single-use plastics in our restaurant. Pura Vida!
