Family Meal at Blue Hill is a great choice for a romantic, upscale dinner in NYC. It's a bit more casual than some of the other options, but still feels elevated.

At $145 per person, excluding drinks, you really can't beat the value considering how much food they throw at you. My personal favorite is the simple yet perfect tomato dish they brought out.
