Council On Adoptable Children COAC

COAC is a non-profit organization that provides supportive services to families living with HIV/AIDS and kinship families. They develop permanency plans to ensure that children will not have to enter the foster care system if parents are no longer able to care for the children. COAC also provides resources and guidance to adoptive families, including post-adoption support and kinship caregiver support.
