Rabbit Coffee is a specialty coffee food truck based in Los Angeles, California. They serve slow-brewed cold brew, hand-pulled espresso, and a menu of signature drinks. Rabbit Coffee was founded by two brothers who first fell in love with specialty coffee culture in Europe. They wanted to bring that experience to Los Angeles and create a mint-green truck with a personality of its own, serving European-style coffee with an American twist, one cup at a time.
