My work is at Al Maryah island, I know it is on the pricier side. I'm looking for a studio for 3k monthly, not on Al Maryah island due to high rent.

Staying in Al Maryah can be pricey, but Al Reem Island is a more affordable option. Studios in the older buildings on Al Reem Island start around 3,000 AED. It's also a short drive over the Al Maryah Bridge.

If you're looking for older buildings to stay in, you might find some options in the city itself, such as in Baniyas or Al Wathba. There are also a few options in Mussafah and Khalifa City, but be prepared for shared accommodations or very small spaces.
