How much is the AC bill for a 1BR in Matrix Tower in Dubai?

I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in Matrix Tower and my AC bill has suddenly doubled from AED 376 to AED 650. I've requested an inspection but would like to know if others in the building pay similarly high amounts for a 1BR apartment.

I pay 750-950 for a 1BR with chiller included, so AED 376 doesn't seem normal to me.

I have a studio with chiller and I'm paying 330 dhs, so AED 650 seems a bit high. You should check for any leaks in your apartment.

Thanks for your advice, I've already sent a message to the management company for an inspection. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude.

Yeah, they just want to get paid, but they're not interested in helping you with any issues.

I know someone who has a 5bhk villa in Dubai and his AC bill was 8000 dhs last month. He's very careful about turning off all lights and AC when not in use.
