Getting harassed by Totalplay calls but is it AI?

I've been getting calls from Totalplay saying they're following up on an issue with my service, but I'm pretty sure it's just a scam. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't have Totalplay service, but I get calls from people looking for someone who doesn't live here. I tell them the person doesn't live here and they call back the next day.

I get calls from a robot saying it's from a company called Plata, and I hate it.

I get real people calling me every half hour from 8am to 8pm, even after I tell them no.

I have Totalplay service and I don't have any issues like you're talking about, but I do agree that the scams are a problem. I always say 'diga' when they call so I don't give them any information.
