PROA delivers innovative, contemporary dishes inspired by El Salvador’s variety of natural flavors and local sea food variety. La Gran Mariscada, Salt Encrusted Red Snapper and Arroz PROA - a spiced rice with mussels, shrimp, lobster and octopus - are our house specialties. These main plates join together with fresh oysters, sushi, and other flavorful starters to create a seafood medley in the true Salvadoran style.
Our casual menu provides the perfect lunch or afternoon snack by the sea. The menu is completed with a crafted list of cocktails and wine pairings.
The cafe is open all day serving breakfast, espresso bar and cold pressed juices.
