I'm planning a 4-day trip to Da Nang in October, specifically from October 1st, and I'm concerned about the weather since I've never been there during this time of year.

People tend to exaggerate, but we've had two lovely days recently. It's not like it rains nonstop and everything is impossible to do.

I've visited Da Nang in October a few times, and the weather is generally pleasant, although it can be quite rainy at times. The rain doesn't seem to dampen the locals' spirits, though.

If you're only staying for 4 days, you might consider going to Nha Trang instead. The weather has been great there lately, with no rain at all. Although, the weather app did show constant rain, so take that for what it's worth. Generally, South Vietnam has better weather than Central Vietnam at this time of year.

Apparently, the next 6 days should be rain-free, but don't count on it. I've noticed fewer people around lately, so if you don't like crowds, this might be a good time to visit.
