MAA Midtown

MAA Midtown is a studio apartment complex that fits the bill and under budget, with a price of $1800/month.

It has floor to ceiling glass windows, a nice but small rooftop pool, and a gym on the same top floor. It's just steps from MARTA, making it an ideal location for someone looking to be near Midtown, Arts Center, or North Ave stations.
