La Casa Surya, Freediving & Yoga school

La Casa Surya is a Molchanovs Freediving School based in the heart of Tulum, Mexico. Surrounded by ancient Maya sites, crystal-clear cenotes and the turquoise Caribbean, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment for freedivers of all levels. We provide Molchanovs freediving courses from Discovery and Wave 1 to Wave 3, along with personalized depth training, cenote adventures and immersive freediving retreats. Our focus is on safety, relaxation, technique and individual progression.
