Best Areas to Live if You Work At Pearson Airport?

I'm looking for a place to live near Pearson Airport, as I work there and plan to commute by public transport. Safety is a concern, especially late at night/early morning when I'm alone.

I've found Etobicoke to be a great fit, particularly the area near Kipling station.

I'm considering renting a condo in Etobicoke and was wondering if there are any intersections that might be better than others.

Kipling and Dundas is a busy intersection with many buildings in the area. Additionally, the 900 Airport Express bus, which previously ran as the 192, departs from Kipling station, making it a great option for those who need to travel to the airport.

As someone who commutes from downtown to the Airport, I can attest that the UPX is a convenient option. I've been using it for three years and have seen multiple directors and ADs do the same, often taking the 3:30 PM UPX from the airport to downtown.

For me, the best area to live in Etobicoke is the Bloor West neighborhood. It's a lovely area with a nice community, and I appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance to the UP express. This allows me to easily take the UP to the airport or downtown.

To help us better understand what you're looking for in a neighborhood, could you tell us a bit more about your lifestyle? For example, do you have kids, or do you prioritize being close to downtown or having access to great restaurants and bars?
