V Modern Italian Opens in Tampa, Bringing Swedish Flavor to Hyde Park

V Modern Italian is making its highly-anticipated debut in Tampa this Thursday, October 8, at Rome Collective in North Hyde Park. The restaurant, run by the global hospitality group Fast Fine Restaurant Group, is set to bring a unique dining experience to the area, blending modern Italian cuisine with Swedish design sensibilities.

The menu will feature antipasti, fresh pastas, oven-fired pizzas, and wood-fired main courses, along with a craft cocktail and wine program. Chef Stefano Ciotti, a Michelin-starred chef, has collaborated on the menu, bringing a modern take on classic Italian cuisine.

V Modern’s concept is designed to engage all five senses, with the “V” standing for this very idea. The restaurant promises a handcrafted cuisine, extraordinary hospitality, and thoughtfully designed spaces that invite guests to slow down and connect.
