We offer a holistic self defense program for everybody, adults and children over 6 years old. Our system is the most comprehensive program that includes the 5 elements of fighting: stand up self defense against surprise attacks, striking techniques, grappling techniques, throwing techniques and the VB philosophy. Begin your experience in our school through group classes or private sessions. Your first class is free of cost.
