Ongoing Guagua Station Works Affect Multiple Lines in Santa Catalina
Starting from October 5th, travelers using the guaguas (bus services) in Santa Catalina, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, will notice significant changes. Ongoing repairs at the Santa Catalina station require the temporary closure of several platforms, affecting 11 different bus lines: 08, 30, 60, 80, 91, 233, 301, 317, 319, 323, and 327. These works, conducted in six phases, will see the reorganization of bus departures in a progressive manner until October 15th, when normal service should resume.

For expats and digital nomads in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, this means keeping an eye on your usual travel routes and adjusting plans accordingly. Make sure to check the specific platform for your bus line during this period to avoid any delays or confusion.
Stay informed, and if you rely on these bus lines for transportation, be prepared for some changes. The good news is that once the works are completed, the station should be more accessible and efficient, benefiting all users.
Moved to Santa Cruz de Tenerife from Brazil 8 years ago and stayed. Interested in how the town actually works.
