Bad As’s Breaks Bread: A Milk District Milestone for Breakfast Lovers
Two years after moving to Orlando from Argentina, I've noticed that the Milk District is slowly but surely becoming a hub of culinary diversity. The latest addition to this neighborhood is Bad As’s, a much-anticipated eatery that has finally begun offering breakfast options. Chef John Collazo, who has been working in the local food scene for over a decade, is excited to finally add breakfast to his menu.

According to Collazo, the decision to offer breakfast was driven by the demand from the neighborhood and the support from local businesses. 'The Milk District has a lot of energy and a growing population of young professionals and families. They have been asking for a place to grab a quick, delicious breakfast,' he says. With this in mind, Bad As’s has partnered with nearby businesses to create a community-driven breakfast menu that caters to the diverse tastes of the neighborhood.
The new breakfast menu includes items such as avocado toast, pancakes, and omelets, all made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. 'We want to make sure that our customers can enjoy a healthy, satisfying meal that they can trust,' Collazo adds.
For expats and digital nomads living in the Milk District, this development is a welcome addition. 'It’s about time we had a place to enjoy a proper breakfast without having to leave the neighborhood,' says Maria Rodriguez, a digital nomad who has been based in Orlando for the past year. 'Now we can grab a coffee and a bite to eat before heading out for a day of work or exploring the city.'
Moved to Orlando from Argentina 2 years ago and stayed. Interested in how the town actually works.
