I live in an apartment complex in Van Nuys and have a neighbor with a small dog that barks relentlessly. I've tried messaging and emailing the on-site property manager, but they've been ignoring me.

I've been taking videos with audio of the barking and continuing to send messages to the property manager, who's been unprofessional, but I'm trying to keep a paper trail.
