Best/worst Apple Stores in LA?

Best/worst Apple Stores in LA?

I've noticed some Apple Stores have long lines and not-so-friendly staff, while others seem to be more pleasant and helpful. Are there any Apple Stores in LA that stand out for their good or bad service?

The Beverly Center is eerily quiet, like a deserted shopping mall.

Around 20 years ago, I knew individuals who worked at the Grove Apple Store but lived near the Beverly Center. They would often forget to ask customers for their zip code at the point of sale, instead entering their own address. Apple was rapidly expanding its retail presence at the time and using customer data to inform new store openings. Interestingly, within a year of this incident, Apple announced plans to open a store at the Beverly Center, despite its proximity to the Grove.

I've had positive experiences with customer service at Westfield Fashion Square so far, with staff being helpful and attentive.

Del almo has a standout location.

If you schedule an appointment, there shouldn't be much difference in the experience. However, if you anticipate waiting for a while, the Broadway location in DTLA is worth considering, as it's a beautifully restored 1920s movie palace.

For those interested in Apple Store history, the Glendale Galleria was the first location to be opened.
