The Ministry of Labor is stepping up its nighttime inspections as part of the Justicia Laboral Nocturna program. My family and I have been living in La Libertad since 2021, and these initiatives are crucial for the well-being of the community here.

According to the Minister of Labor, Rolando Castro, many workers are still facing issues such as long hours and unpaid overtime. 'We continue to find very strong findings, including that many workers are working 11, 12 hours,' he stated.

These inspections are targeting companies across the country to ensure compliance with labor laws. 'We are working day and night to bring labor justice to all corners of our country,' Castro emphasized.
