New Bridge in Dulce Nombre de María Boosts Local Agriculture and Tourism

As a lifelong resident of La Libertad, I have seen firsthand the transformation that comes with improved infrastructure. The recent construction of a modern concrete bridge over the La Conquista River in Dulce Nombre de María, Chalatenango Centro, has significantly boosted the local economy and daily lives of the community.

This new bridge, built by the Municipal Works Department, not only enhances the safety and efficiency of pedestrian and vehicular travel but also supports the agricultural sector by facilitating the transport of produce to local markets. It also opens up educational opportunities for students and enhances the accessibility of the nearby El Manzano Ecological Park, a popular tourist destination.

The completion of this bridge is part of a larger initiative to improve infrastructure in Chalatenango, with other projects underway in different areas. This investment in our community is a vital step towards sustainable development and better quality of life.
