Rose & Dagger Coffee Co. Opens New Brick-and-Mortar Location in Georgetown

Rose & Dagger Coffee Co., which previously operated from a coffee truck, has opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Georgetown. The shop, housed in a historic yellow house, offers handcrafted drinks and a relaxing outdoor area with local food trucks.

Owners Madison and Jackson Vacek have been working towards this goal for two years. Situated in a yellow historic house, the shop offers handcrafted lattes, teas, and refreshers. Guests can relax in The Grounds, a backyard space shaded by a massive pecan tree. The outdoor area also hosts three local food trucks: El Hombre Tacos, Churros ATX, and Sanford Sourdough.

The Vaceks have been working towards this goal for two years, dreaming of eventually starting a shop of their own. Before becoming business partners and husband and wife, the pair worked together at a coffee shop as teenagers, where they fell in love.
