What do I do when someone tries to pass me on the highway when it's not safe?

I was driving on the 107 highway and someone tried to pass me when it was not safe. I was doing the speed limit and they ended up cutting me off. I'm not sure what to do in situations like this.

If I had noticed what they were doing, I would have probably slowed down to give them more space, and I would have been more aware of the speed limit, which was 80 km/h.
