My neighbor has three dogs that she lets out of her yard without a leash and they attack everything in sight, killing several stray cats and my own cat. When we asked her to take responsibility and not let them out again, she said they're harmless and wouldn't do that, but they're actually jumping over fences to catch animals. How do I get the police to take action against her?

My gas has been suspended in my neighborhood and I'm not sure when it will be restored, so I'm thinking of buying a portable electric stove. Do you recommend it? Does it affect my electricity bill much?

My building turned off the gas after the earthquake and now we're being forced to pay for a gas test. Is this something all buildings in Boquete have to do?

I'm planning a trip to Boquete and want to hike the Quetzales Trail from Cerro Punta (Alto Respingo) to Boquete. I'm wondering if it's easy to find a taxi from Alto Respingo to Boquete after completing the hike and approximately how much it will cost.
