I'm visiting a resort and want to try shopping for affordable dresses, bathing suits, skirts, etc. I've been to Mexico before, but only 5th ave. Is that the going rate for clothing or is there another place with cheaper options?

You can find affordable clothing options on the stretch of Juarez between 10th and 25th streets, where a few stores specialize in budget-friendly fashion.
