We live in Cave Creek and have been going back & forth to St. Joe's (5th Ave & Thomas) and find that when heading north, the on ramp from Thomas onto the 51 can be rather more hectic than we're comfortable with. We're looking for alternative routes to get onto the 51 northbound from St. Joe's.

I own a bike rental in Phoenix and I've noticed the city has started replacing crosswalks with zebra crossings on McDowell Rd. I'm wondering if this is a new policy for pedestrian crossings in Phoenix.

I live in the Ocotillo area, I've experienced loud rumble and bass sounds at my house multiple times, including last night, and I'm wondering what could be causing it.

I've noticed a few of the old Salad & Go locations have been replaced with new businesses. I'd love to know what's taking over the spaces.

I've been following the news about the 2027 rate increases in Arizona and I'm concerned that the average increase of 29% is nearly double the national average. I've read that Arizona is one of only five states that prohibits blocking rate increases after review. A friend was hit by a car while walking her dog on Saturday at the intersection of Missouri and 8th place / 7th street in Phoenix. The car fled the scene and my friend is in critical condition. If anyone has any information or witnessed the accident, please reach out to the police. I've checked and there are no Flock cameras in the area.

I've seen my 12 private jets landing at Sky Harbor in 30 minutes. I'm wondering what's going on in Phoenix.

We've been seeing four medium-sized hawks coming down to drink from a water source in our yard. They don't seem like the right size or colors for Red Tail Hawks. I didn't know hawks like being in groups, or at least being sociable for a while.
