Are there any Miami businesses with only Spanish-speaking employees?

I've noticed that some businesses in Miami have only Spanish-speaking employees, which can be challenging for those who don't speak Spanish. I've heard that it's not uncommon for people to struggle to communicate when they don't speak the language. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Miami's tourist areas often have locals who speak both English and Spanish, but you'll notice more bilingual individuals in working-class neighborhoods and areas like Little Havana, where not everyone speaks English. Additionally, in affluent neighborhoods like Brickell and Edgewater, you'll find people who may not be fluent in Spanish, but some still make an effort to communicate in the language.

Miami's cultural identity has always been shaped by its bilingual and multilingual residents.
