Best airport lounge in El Salvador for a 7-hour layover?

Transporte 6 answers • Alessia Vitale
I'm flying into El Salvador with a 7-hour layover, and I'd like to know which airport lounge is the best to spend my time in. I've heard that the Priority Pass lounge is better than the Avianca lounge, but I'm not sure which one to choose.

The Avianca lounge has several spaces, although the food isn't the best, but you can enter for free if you have status or a ticket that applies.

The last time I passed through, they didn't even have air conditioning or a working elevator. It's actually better to park in a restaurant and kill some time.

Do you have Priority Pass or are you going to pay to get in? My favorite is Casa del Ron, and it's the only one that's worth paying for, and that's only if you're going to drink.

I would pay. We're two people, and I thought it would be nice to wait in more comfortable seats and have some food.

The entrance to Casa del Ron comes with a plate, three drinks with alcohol, and as many without as you want. It's quiet and comfortable. The Aeroconnections VIP lounge 2 is also quiet and comfortable, with three drinks with alcohol, and as many without, and unlimited beer. The food is a buffet, but it's not that great.

Neither are great, but the Priority Pass lounge is 10 times better than Avianca for services. Avianca is quieter when I need to make a business call.
