Riserva Steakhouse is a new contemporary European grill restaurant in Ubud, offering a carefully paced dining experience with Balinese-inspired rituals. Each evening, guests start with arrival rituals like the Gong Ritual and Foot Wash Ritual, followed by personalized Wariga experiences, canapés, and a welcome drink.

The menu, curated by Chef Putu Armen, features premium ingredients and wagyu cuts, complemented by a wine programme curated by the Bali Best Sommelier 2025. The intimate setting, with only 16 guests per evening, ensures a refined and memorable dining experience.
